I could live inside this supermarket - it’s beautiful! Always so nicely faced up and very clean. They stock all the general groceries and speciality items as well, making it a great place to buy fancy chocolates as gifts. Convenient location right on King Street and open til 9pm! And the only place I can find my fave Maggie Beer Burnt Fig Ice Cream!! Plus the Locali canvas shopping bags are so cute!! I use mine every day This place will always be my fave supermarket
This fancy supermarket reminds me of the David Jones food hall with international supermarket! What’s surprising are the pricing, customer service, and quality and freshness of the produce and food (lunch in particular). Pretty swift self check out process with a help of presentable staff. Another great place for quality lunch/takeaways at a reasonable city price.
Fanciest IGA I have ever stepped into. Tons of speciality foodstuffs, and even a dedicated cheese room! The selections are varied and premium - anything your gourmand heart desires really. They even have a lovely florist display at the front. Visited on a weekend, which unfortunately meant most of the food service sections were closed. Still a great spot to do some fancy grocery shopping in the middle of the CBD.
Very nice very upmarket to rival David Jones food (although smaller) Well laid out, great variety of European some some Australia high quality goods! Restaurants look good and cool to have European music playing you feel transported to Europe. However, as it's quality it's on more of the expensive side so if you are looking for cheap lunch food don't bother. Although restaurant prices are reasonable.
What an amazing supermarket smack in the middle of the CBD Sydney I have to say, this is a gem of a store, with the exception of the stunning sour dough bread which was for display proposed only. The overall selection is truly remarkable. We had a wonderful shopping experience, got everything we wanted/needed. Selection of fruit and vegetables while not overwhelming was certainly more then adequate! Although some say that prices are on the upper side, the convenience of this location more then makes up for it! We left with an impression of a positive shopping experience and can only recommend this place for any city dweller living in the city!
Literally my favourite supermarket in Sydney. Not only do they have an incredible florist they have an amazing salad bar and Sushi and pasta and curries that are so much cheaper than the nearby Food courts. I almost don't want to tell people about it because it will get too busy. This is the place to eat for lunch in the CBD that Sydney is sleeping on.
What a beauty this store is, right inside Wynyard station. So spacious and the moment you walk in, you will appreciate the upmarket feel. Plenty of options and so much built up area inside. The lunch options particularly sandwiches are such amazing value. Nice cheese options as well. Must visit.
Incredible detail and thought has gone into the interior design of this store. The layout works well, and the attention to the presentation is amazing. It is always neat and tidy, but it is the small speciality stores, each with their own exhibits, which make for a truly distinctive experience. For example, the deli "salumi" with various types of sausage and cabanossi hanging above the counter. Having some of the fruit in their own chilled area no doubt would help it to keep fresh. Likewise, the walk-in cheese "formaggio" pantry is also refrigerated. Maybe there are some stores like this in Italy, but it is certainly unique for Sydney. It is worth checking out the photos.
